FREE Kids Bike Safety Festival
Saturday, October 13
45 children joined us for the FREE Kids Skills and Safety Festival as part of Walgrove Elementary School’s Bike-a-Thon fundraiser. While the adults rode, the kids got to have fun learning how to ride their bike safely, start and stop properly, avoid hazards, yielding, and more!
Peddlers Creamery joined us, serving awesome all natural and organic ice cream. If you haven’t seen Edward and his home/bike made ice cream, it’s worth the trip!
- Fun for all grades, K-5
- 8 stations to learn and practice important skills
- On-street group rides
- Certificates and goody bags for participants
- Lunch will be provided by Whole Foods
- … and more!
NOTE: You can participate in the Kids Festival and not the group ride.
