This class is part classroom, part on bike and you will learn:
- Preparing for a ride: bike selection, bike fit, ABC Quick Check and more
- Rules of the Road and how the vehicle code applies to cyclists
- Bike handling skills
- Emergency manuevers
- Group ride leadership

The Smart Cycling Class is also the pre-requisite to becoming a League Cycling Instructor (LCI)
