For families and casual riders (minimum 10 years old)

Become a better, safer, smarter cyclist in this free workshop!

If you are just starting to bike or need some tips to stay safe while riding, this workshop is for you!

It will be a great time for you and your family to build confidence and awareness on the essentials of safe cycling. This workshop includes classroom time to learn the basics of preparing to ride, helmet fitting and rules of the road with plenty of time for Q&A. Plus there will be a group ride to practice riding on city streets with trained instructors!

One of the biggest barriers to cyclists riding more frequently is a lack of confidence riding in traffic. This workshop covers the rules of the road, safety techniques helmet fitting and pre-ride cycling essentials.
