Community Walk

Join us for a family-friendly community walk to explore the history of downtown Culver City with local historians

We will be joined by docents of the Culver City Historical Society as we learn about the creative history of this vibrant town dubbed The Heart of Screenland for its fascinating movie making history. Learn about the Culver Hotel (where the Munchkins stayed), Culver Studios (where Gone with the Wind was filmed), Sony Studios (formerly MGM Studios where the Wizard of Oz was filmed) and so much more. Along the walk, various docents will greet us with fascinating stories.

This event is part of the Culver City Safe Routes to School program.
