The City of Los Angeles is conducting a transportation study to identify transportation improvements to increase access to and from Dodger Stadium while reducing impacts on neighboring communities. The study will assess current conditions for all modes of travel, including driving, shuttles, transit, biking, and walking, on both event and non-event days.
Community input will be central to the study, with a focus on the neighborhoods most directly affected, including, but not limited to Solano Canyon, Elysian Valley, Echo Park, Chinatown, Angelino Heights, and Lincoln Heights. The study aims to:
- Review current conditions for all modes of transportation in and around Dodger Stadium.
- Improve access for stadium attendees on event and non-event days.
- Reduce traffic, parking, and access impacts on surrounding neighborhoods.
- Support safer and more sustainable travel by walking, biking, and transit.
- Develop short- and long-term recommendations shaped by community input.
