The Willits Street Safe Routes to School is a 2 year program to increase safety and education awareness among high school students.

Working with target schools Car Intermediate, Valley High School and Godinez High School, this project will provide bike safety education, bike repair workshops, group rides, advocacy training, LCI seminar and a community co-opp.

The overall goal is to create enthusiasm for cycling, build a safe, more mobile cycling community and train students to be mobility advocates within the city.

Project timeframe: September 2022- June 2024
