Taking a walk around your neighborhood is a fun and easy way to stay active and have fun! The activity will help maintain your physical, mental and emotional strength as well as strengthen your immune system. It’s also a great time to practice walking or biking to school. You can scout your route, take a walk or practice safe cycling skills while street traffic is at an all time low! Check out our WALKING and BIKING safety pages for more information.

As a supporter of Walk ‘n Rollers, he has generously offered some illustrations to share with your kids as coloring pages. They are adorable and your kids will love them!
