DESCRIPTION:E-Bike Safety Workshop\nThis in-person workshop is targeted for e-bike riders of all levels. You will learn the rules of the road\, bike etiquette\, e-bike handling skills and more. The workshop features in-class and on bike portions and a short group ride to pull it all into focus! This workshop is meant for riders of all levels\, whether you are a seasoned commuter looking to know best practices\, a parent looking for rules of the road to safely roll your kids to school or teens to understand traffic safety essentials and what is legal – or not. E-bike and non E-bike riders welcome. \nWhen: Saturday\, August 15\, 2026 \nAgenda: \n\n10:00 AM – 10:45 AM: In-Class Instruction\n10:45 AM – 10:50 AM: Break\n10:50 AM – 11:20 AM: On-Bike Drills\n11:30 AM – 12:15 PM: Bike Ride\n12:15 AM – 12:30 PM: Closing\n\nMeet at: Helms Design District; 8800 Venice Blvd.\, Los Angeles\, CA 90034. We’re meeting under the Helms sign. \nWhat to Bring: Wear comfortable clothing\, including closed toed shoes\, hat\, water\, snacks and sunscreen. \nRegistration is free and each participant must register separately.
