Join us on this fun ride to explore parts of South LA via Metro Bike Share.

This ride is designed to introduce new bike share riders to the system and explore their community. The 6+ mile route is on streets and appropriate for new riders. Metro Bike Share Riders will get free use of bike share bikes for this ride and a free bike helmet (riders must be 16 years or older). Riders are also welcome to bring their own bike for this ride.

There will be a brief safety conversation and introduction to the Metro Bike Share system before we head out. There will also be an opportunity to take a brief survey to suggest where you would like to see new bike share stations in the coming program expansion.

This program is funded by People for Bikes as part of the Better Bike Share Living Lab Partnership. Program partners include Metro, Bicycle Transit Systems, Bike LA, os Angeles Walks and CicLAvia.
