Through LA Metro – along with the Los Angeles County Bicycle Coalition (LACBC) – we are seeking schools to host FREE Kids Bike Skills Workshops at schools throughout LA County.
Bike skills Workshops introduce kids to essential bicycle safety skills to help them develop the confidence they need to safely navigate their urban environment. Featuring a skill-based obstacle course, Bike Skills Workshops are focused on teaching kids proper bike handling skills, in a safe, fun and engaging environment.
Children – and their parents – learn important lessons to more safely and responsibly ride their bikes in an urban environment.
FUN & INTERACTIVE
Our workshops are fun and engaging – we even bring bicycles and scooters so kids of all ages and abilities can participate. Plus, for a limited time, FREE bike helmets are also available.
