Moreno Valley Walk & Roll Festival

Saturday, April 25, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Valley View High School, 13135 Nason Street, Moreno Valley, 92555

The FREE Walk & Roll Festival is a fun time for the entire family. Kids will have their helmets fitted properly and bikes checked for safety by IEBA And if they need a new helmet, we’ll be giving out 50 new ones!
Then they will have fun learning essential bike safety skills in a controlled environment. Our trained instructors will guide the kids through a series of skills stations and then take them on a group ride to put their new experiences into practice.
All are welcome – bikes, scooters, skateboards, roller skates, training wheels and tricycles too. There’s something for everyone!

The Moreno Valley Walk & Roll Festival teaches kids essential bicycle and pedestrian safety rules to help them develop the confidence they need to safely navigate their urban environment. But before children leave the confines of their neighborhood, it’s critical they learn how do so safely and responsibly. Featuring several skills stations and lead by certified instructors, the Walk & Roll Festival teaches kids proper bike handling skills and valuable safety techniques, in a safe, fun and engaging environment. From helmet fitting and bike inspections to turn signals and avoiding hazards, children – and their parents – learn important lessons to more safely and responsibly ride their bikes in an urban environment.
